The "My Story" Journal

These journals are for everyone. Expressive writing is a form of self-care for both children and adults and has been shown to improve physical and emotional health and decrease depressive and post-traumatic stress symptoms. All quotes contained in the journal were hand-picked to inspire growth and build hope.

The "My Story" journal contains 100 white, unlined pages. Scattered throughout the journal's pages are several quotes to help you write your next chapter, whatever it may be. A few examples include:

In furtherance of our mission to make our journals affordable and accessible to all, we sell our journals at production cost. Production cost may vary based on supply and demand, but our "My Story" journal typically retails for less than $4.
